ETCS
Thanks to our extensive experience in the integration of ETCS systems for various rolling stock series, our expert team is ready to respond promptly to any assignment in this area. Based on our close cooperation with various European system manufacturers, we have gained extensive experience overlapping individual technologies and their components. Thus, we would be happy to be your reliable partner in the entire process range of issues in this field. We will be with you from the initial development of the concept of installation, through our own electromechanical project activities for individual types of rolling stock, the integration of vehicle systems, up to homologation with the Czech and European railway authorities (DUČR and ERA).

Professional preparation for exams organized by the Railway Administration (Správa železnic, s.o.):
Workshop VŠ01 – entry into an operational railway transport route
- Upon successful completion, the trainee will receive a certificate of OZ and authorization to enter the railway transport route issued by the SŽ.
- This is the necessary minimum for exams organized by the SŽ.
Specialist skills training in accordance with regulation Zam1 - professional qualifications and knowledge of persons for exams T-05 b, c, d (small and large communications technology)
Specialist skills training B-02 - management of construction and maintenance work on buildings, engineering networks and technical equipment of railway administration buildings
Professional training E-07 for suppliers - management and provision of repairs, reconstruction, and the modernization of railway lines, electrical engineering and energy management facilities (SEE)

Správa železnic – SŽT
A proposal for the creation of a central IS/ICT department for SŽ (SŽT i.e.,"Správa železničních informačních technologií"). Its integration into the existing structures of SŽ, the process model and the proposal of a transit model for the transition to the target state. All IS/ICT competences of SŽ are concentrated in SŽT, from the operation of data networks, through data centres, software development and user support, to the conceptual development of the enterprise IS/ICT architecture and supporting ICT cross-cutting services. The proposal included combining existing competences in various departments of SŽ and creating new competences to create an internal comprehensive supplier of IS/ICT systems and services for SŽ covering both internal and external deliveries.
Správa železnic – PV
Expanding the knowledge of SŽ staff in the field of green energy, primarily their approach towards planning and implementing PV on their own properties. The workshops included 3 technical-economic-legal lectures by leading experts in this field. The main output was the creation of a methodological procedure defining the selection of suitable objects for implementation and the creation of a technical standard for suitable technological equipment to be installed.
